How it Works

Submit an Inquiry

Tell us about your event including the date, location, and number of guest tables. This helps us determine availability and recommend the best tablescape package for your celebration.

Choose Your Tablescape Package

Choose from our signature tablescape collections or request a custom design. Packages can also be enhanced with optional styling upgrades such as candles, chargers or table lamps.

Confirm Your Booking

Once your package and details are finalized, a styling agreement and invoice will be provided.

A 50% retainer secures your event date, with the remaining balance due to prior to the event.

Delivery, Styling & Event Setup

On the day of your event, Glamorous Gatherings delivers and professionally styles each table to create a cohesive, elevated atmosphere for your celebration.

After the event, all décor items are retrieved.
